The space This beautiful A-frame features: - Three bedrooms: king, queen, and full bed - Two full bathrooms - Fully equipped kitchen and laundry area - Living room with a large streaming TV - Dining room for six overlooking the backyard fountain, where wildlife is often spotted Stairs: - Access to the home requires climbing a large flight of stairs. The stairs may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility limitations. The views at the top make the climb worth it. Hiking: - Trails start right from the backyard, and a seasonal stream is located in the neighborhood. 👶 Not baby-proofed — children require full supervision. 🐾 No pets allowed. No emotional support animals. Guest access Entire home is for guests. Other things to note This property is not available for weddings or events. The maximum occupancy is six guests. We do not permit additional guests beyond this limit. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per day. Fireplace: - Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available; please bring your own Duraflame (or similar) logs for the indoor fireplace. - Outdoor firewood is available for $25 on-site, or you are welcome to bring your own. - Seasonal fire restrictions may apply—please check before using the outdoor fire features.
