Perfect for families and friends: Our 2 cozy tiny houses + caravans on a closed property can accommodate up to 8 people and are ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Wanzkaer. The eastern entrance of Lake Müritz is 12 km away. To recreational areas such as Waren and Rechlin you drive about 1 hour by car. The space Must Dos: - Sleeps up to 8 people - Only a few minutes' walk to the lake with lake access - Boat (for extra charge) - Large fenced garden with 2 terraces - private and secluded - Suitable for dogs - Fire bowl and grill - Wi-Fi - Hot tub (for an extra charge) - Relaxed hut with ping pong table and sofa (extra charge) One or two additional tents can be set up on the property for an extra charge. You would then only have to consider whether the situation with a shower and 2 x toilet is sufficient for you. The caravan can only be used until 9/22 because it has no heating. Up to 3 cars can park on the property for free. Here's how you sleep/live: COTTAGE 1 (4 people): - Living room/bedroom with sofa bed - Bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 with adjoining bathroom/toilet 4 people can sleep here. IMPORTANT: When you enter the cottage, the living room/bedroom with a sofa bed is a passage room to the bedroom with a double bed and bathroom behind it. The sleeping situation may be suitable for a family with children. COTTAGE 2 (2 persons): - Living room/bedroom with sofa bed - Kitchen - Toilet Entrance 1 in front leads to the living room/bedroom with a new good sofa bed. From here you can get to the kitchen-living room, in between is a toilet. Entrance 2 at the back leads directly into the kitchen. CARAVAN (2 persons) Mini seating group + small double bed, ideal for young people to sleep. The caravan can only be used until 9/22 because it has no heating. Light and outlet available. In addition, we offer from 01. May to (depending on the weather) autumn: - a chill hut with ping-pong table and sofa (€120) - A heated hot tub (€190) Prices are for your entire stay. Other things to note Please bring your own sheets and towels. Dogs are welcome for an extra charge of €15 per night per pet. You can obtain a fishing permit from the Reimer fishery in Rödlin.
