Entire Basement with Special Amenities

Our property's listed as entire basement with common entrance for everyone. The downstairs and everything in it is available to our guests, Pool table. Dedicated workspace. Free parking. We have 3 bedrooms available. All have queen size beds. full kitchen. Netflix. WIFI. Safe, quiet residential neighborhood. Airport is normally 25 minutes away. 1 minute drive to supermarket, Shoppers and McDonald's. Seconds to bus stop. The space We have 3 rooms available in total. 2 rooms each have a queen size bed. A third room has a queen size bed AND a hide-a-bed also. So technically, that third room can accommodate 4 people, if necessary. There is a common kitchen available to all who are renting a room and a dedicated washroom/shower room also. We also offer our washer and dryer to our patrons for an extra charge. If necessary, a second bathroom can be used on the main floor of our house. Guest access Guests have the entire lower floor to themselves. Other things to note PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE BEDS on the day you leave. We launder all bed linen after every check-out.
