The space The house is a GreenKub construction completed at the end of June 2024, in the countryside near Sarlat, a medieval city with a picturesque market on Saturday. The house is ideally designed to accommodate 4 people, however it is possible to use the sofa bed for sleeping 2 extra guests. It has all the comforts to make you feel at home, reversible air conditioning, outdoor space sheltered from the sun and rain. The house consists of the following: 1 equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. 1 living room with 4-seat sofa bed, 1 flat screen, 1 coffee table and 1 modern floor lamp. 2 bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamps and the second with two 90 cm beds (possibility of putting them together), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamps. The bedrooms have air conditioning. 1 shower room with two sinks, 1 washing machine, 1 storage space, 1 separate toilet. Sheets are provided. 1 dining room with 1 table for 4 people and 4 chairs. On the terrace: 2 small tables for 2 people together, 4 chairs, 4 cushions for chairs, plancha. A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival.
