Quiet place, beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, large safe green spaces, river 1.5 kilometers away, canoeing activities, large grocery store 3 kilometers away, ideally located near Sarlat (20 kms), Lascaux (30 kms), Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour, etc…. Easy access via the Souillac motorway exit 12 kms away. The space The house is a GreenKub construction completed at the end of June 2024, in the countryside close to Sarlat, a medieval city and its picturesque market on Saturdays. The house is ideally designed to accommodate 4 people, however it is possible to use the sofa bed for sleeping 2 additional people. It has all the comforts to make you feel at home, reversible air conditioning, outdoor space sheltered from the sun and rain. The house consists of the following: 1 equipped kitchen with induction hob, mixed microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. 1 living room with convertible 4 seater sofa, 1 flat screen, 1 coffee table and 1 modern floor lamp. 2 bedrooms: the first with 140 bed and wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamps and the second with two 90 beds (possibility to gather them), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lamps. Rooms have air conditioning. 1 shower room with two sinks, 1 washing machine, 1 storage space, 1 separate toilet. Sheets are provided. 1 Dining room with 1 table for 4 and its 4 chairs. On the terrace: 2 small tables for 2 people gathered, 4 chairs, 4 cushions for chairs, plancha. A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival.
