Cosy flat 10-min from TLV center

A spacious 2-room flat in the center of Ramat Gan, located 5 mins from Jabotinsky and Abba Hillel st buses and the Light Rail to TLV, as well as, the intercity train. Fully accessorised kitchen, air conditioner and a balcony with direct morning sun. The space Hello! So, my 2-room flat is a cosy and sunny oasis on the border between Ramat Gan and Tel Aviv. Completely accessible by buses, light rail and intercity trains. Just a clarification about the photos... they actually depict the entrance hall with the bookshelves and the reading corner, the double bedroom, the WC and the kitchen. I will upload the living room and bathroom photos soon ;) In the summer, the balcony is flooded with a gentle morning sun while later in the day, it is perfect to sit for an afternoon tea or coffee with a cool breeze. The flat is completely accessorized, apart from a microwave, we don't believe in that... :) and the kitchen is vegetarian. So I would prefer if you could be vegetarian too :) The neighbours are mostly young, but not noisy or annoying, actually very helpful and friendly.
