Welcome to Casa Bujama! Spacious and private beach house with a pool for exclusive guest use, plus a terrace and rooftop to relax and enjoy. The house is modern, clean, and brand new, designed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach, just a block and a half from the ocean, and only 5 minutes from the Boulevard de Asia and Mala. It also offers ample parking, especially convenient during peak season. Guests have access to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, as well as the patio and pool. The space The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the property are rented exclusively, along with the main patio, which includes a pool for exclusive guest use, the terrace, and the rooftop with ocean views. In other words, guests will enjoy all areas from the 2nd floor upward, in addition to the patio and pool. The property has a completely independent entrance. • Important Information: The interior apartment on the first floor is a completely independent space and is not part of the rental. This space does not interfere with the areas enjoyed by guests. For added peace of mind, one support person will be available in case assistance or information is needed, always respecting the guests’ privacy, independence, and comfort throughout the stay. • Keys: The physical key is handed over personally upon arrival. • The House: The 2nd floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, three spacious bedrooms, and two full bathrooms with hot water. The 3rd floor includes two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, a laundry area, and a large terrace equipped with a grill, awning, table, and chairs. The 4th floor is the rooftop, offering a beautiful ocean view and located just a block and a half from the beach. The main patio includes the pool for exclusive guest use, two outdoor showers, and a half bathroom. • Bedrooms: All five bedrooms are fully furnished and feature two full-size beds each, fans, curtains, clothes racks, nightstands, and shelves. One set of bed linens is provided per bed, and one towel per bathroom. • Kitchen: The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, pots, pans, mixer, complete kitchenware, mugs, glasses, barbecue accessories, and basic condiments. • Parking: The property has a gated lot located directly behind the house, where guests can safely park their vehicles. It comfortably fits up to five vehicles. Guests may also park in front of the house if preferred. • Beach: Bujama Beach is authorized as a healthy beach by DIGESA and the Ministry of Health. ** Please review the House Rules before booking. ** Guest access A person will personally welcome guests upon arrival, hand over the house keys, and provide a brief explanation of the entrance and the areas included in the rental. The house is located near the entrance of the Bujama beach area (Km 90.5 Panamericana Sur), about a block and a half from the beach, in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Nearby, guests will find several mini markets and local restaurants. The area is very safe. Guests may park their vehicles either in front of the house or in the large, private, and gated lot located at the back of the property. ** Please read the House Rules and Regulations carefully. ** Other things to note The Boulevard de Asia and the district of Mala are located just 5 minutes away by car and offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, a Wong supermarket, movie theaters, and entertainment options. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for families and groups looking to relax near the ocean and disconnect from Lima without going too far. The house features a pool for exclusive guest use, spacious outdoor areas, and is within a very short walking distance to the beach.
