Within walking distance around the mall, guests can easily access: - Sam Groceries - Korean Mart - Coffee Bean - 7-eleven Wide variety waterfront restaurants, cafes and bars facing the marina (Blue Reef Fish & Chips, Winter Warmers, Wine Shop , Japanese & many more...) Distance: Lotus Hypermarket 1.4KM (5 - 10 mins walk) Gurney Plaza 3.5KM (15 mins drive) Batu Feringghi 10.4KM (20 mins drive) Georgetown 8.2KM (25 mins drive) Others: If you require extra parking, you may access the retail carpark at Straits Quay Marina Mall. The cost will be RM1 for the first 2 hours and RM1 for every subsequent hours, payable by TnG card or credit card. It is very cheap and secured with good and tight security. Other things to note NOTE: Check in time: 3pm Check out time: 11am 1) Once the booking is confirmed, I will contact you as soon as possible (Check in guidelines will be sent to you on your check in date) 2) Before Check-in will collect security deposite RM150 via bank transfer as fully refundable . Which is refundable at the time of checkout . 3) Lost of keys or access card, will be charge as penalty fee. 4) No pets ,non-Smoking ,Durians, mangosteen and any foods with strong stench are NOT permitted in our house. 5) The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. We will not be held responsible for missing items. 6) Keep the house clean all the times & Save the nature by turning off all power supply when leave the house. 7) Don't park your car at visitor parking lot without register to avoid clamp car. 8) Here don't have luggage keeping area. Please take note that penalties will be charged accordingly if you violate any of the rules above, or if there's loss, damage or excessively dirty which requires extra cleaning effort in the property.
