The space Bedrooms & Comfort • 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 194 and 160 x 200), a new, high-quality mattress, a wardrobe, two bedside tables with touch lamps (USB-C and USB-A ports), and a central lighting control system. • Linens and bed linens are provided. • Air conditioning installed in the bedrooms and living room since April 2026. Bathroom & Toilet • Bathroom with walk-in shower, grab bars, safety chair. • Towels, bathrobes and hair dryer are provided. • Separate toilet. Living room & Amenities • Large living room with a very comfortable corner sofa and a dining area. • Flat-screen TV with satellite and digital channels, DVD player. • Amazon Fire TV stick (for Netflix and Prime Video if you have a personal subscription.) • Local network Internet access. • Small children's play area, toys, drawing materials and books. • Books, magazines and board games for adults. Kitchen Very well-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, pressure cooker, air fryer, sandwich maker, crepe maker, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, filtered water pitcher and rice cooker. Laundry room • Private laundry room reserved for guests. • Washing machine available for stays of three days or more. • Dryer available for bookings of three days or more (€3 per drying cycle). Guest access • Spacious outdoor courtyard with parking for two vehicles. • It is also well lit, providing visibility until late in the evening. • Self check-in using the lockbox. I will provide a code shortly before your arrival. Private and separate entrance • Access to the accommodation is for guests only. • There are 6 steps to access the accommodation. Other things to note • No pets. • NON-SMOKING accommodation (smoking allowed outside). • No charging allowed for electric cars or other vehicles. • Bicycles and other two-wheeled vehicles are strictly prohibited in the home. • Please take care of the items at your disposal: the kitchen chairs and indoor furniture are not suitable for outdoor use and must remain in the accommodation throughout your stay. • For children: Please leave indoor toys in the home to prevent them from getting damaged. To have fun in the garden, your children will find everything they need right in the Smoby playhouse. Fresh bread & pastries when you wake up? • An artisan bakery is just a 5-minute walk from the house (Maison Melon). The real plus? It is open Tuesday to Sunday inclusive, starting at 5:30 am! And if you fancy a takeaway pizza after a day of sightseeing, there's one a 5-minute walk from the property (La Pizza de Nico), open 7 days a week from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
