Spacious and contemporary cottage sleeping 6 nestled in the beautiful East Devon National Landscape. The ideal place to get away from it all. We have an outdoor heated saltwater swimming pool (only open May - September and shared with our other cottages), games room, tennis court and beautiful grounds to explore. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, conservatory, enclosed garden. Stunning views. Up to 2 dogs welcome. Travel cot available. Stairgate. The space Nestled within the beautiful East Devon National Landscape, this newly renovated barn conversion is the ideal place to get away from it all. Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large lounge with a smart TV, DVD player and DAB bluetooth radio, and a conservatory that opens onto a patio and enclosed garden with BBQ. This is the perfect place to soak up the stunning views across the tennis court and vineyard to the rolling fields beyond with a drink in hand. A shower room and two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The first bedroom can be configured as two full size single beds or a superking bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds. Upstairs is a family bathroom and the spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed. Suitable for dogs and toddlers. A travel cot can be placed in the master bedroom and we have highchairs and other baby kit available to borrow. The cottage has walking guides and a guest information pack with tips and recommendations for the area. Relax at the cottage for the day and make use of the outdoor heated saltwater pool (only open May-Sep and shared with our other cottages) and tennis court or head out to the stunning Jurassic Coast or walk along the East Devon Way. Have a rainy day - keep the kids busy in the games room with table tennis, air hockey, table football and more. There is a guest laundry room on site where you will also find the bins and a freezer if you need more freezer space. Want to bring family or friends? Guest access Situated off a quiet country lane, guest parking is available on the gravelled area past the games room from where you can see the cottages. Other things to note Bedlinen and towels are provided for your stay but please bring your own towels for the pool. We follow strict cleaning protocols and cleaning products and sanitising spray are provided for your use in the cottage should you wish to use them during your stay.
