The home boasts a spacious layout with a master suite featuring a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with a freestanding tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also hosts a king-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two trundle beds that can comfortably sleep up to four guests. With breathtaking lake views from nearly every window, you’re just steps away from nature's embrace. We have 2 outdoor security cameras facing the backyard and 1 security camera facing the garage. We also have a ring door bell at the front door. Guests do not have access to the covered garage. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $500 PER pet which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. • SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property. Smoking inside the house will have a fine of $1000. • NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will have a $1500 fine • DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery. • UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will have a $1500 fine. • PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events. • LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. •Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the expansive backyard and driveway, while a few closets remain locked for owner and housekeeping use. As a guest, relish over 1,000 square feet of outdoor space to unwind and soak in the picturesque surroundings. Guest has lake access, please do not walk on our neighbor's property outside the fence. Other things to note You are in nature. There’s a possibility of encountering snakes, coyotes and other wildlife in the area. Please stay away from them and keep the windows and doors closed at all times! The property is equipped with essential amenities including outdoor security cameras for your safety, and guests are advised to prepare for a natural environment where wildlife may be encountered. Please remember to pack bug spray and sunscreen for your outdoor adventures.
