The "Kalliste Porto Vecchio" estate is composed of 3 houses that enjoy breathtaking views of the bay of Porto Vecchio, Saint Cyprien and all of southern Corsica to Sardinia! Tranquility reigns in this peaceful retreat where many spaces will allow you to recharge your batteries and fully enjoy nature and the view. The space We rent our family cocoon, an entire estate for an exceptional and unforgettable experience between sea and mountains for lovers of calm and nature... The estate is located in the heights of Porto Vecchio, 15 minutes from the center. This means you will be in absolute peace and quiet and will not suffer in any way from the excitement of the tourist season. This experience that you will live at the Kalliste estate will allow you to relax while obviously enjoying the jewels offered by the island of beauty, whether at the level of the beaches or the mountains. The estate is composed of 3 houses that can accommodate 16 people in total: Maison Monti: - 3 double bedrooms including 2 with exceptional views (these 3 bedrooms share a large functional bathroom); - 1 independent master suite with exceptional views and shower room; - Outdoor common areas (dining room and living room) that can accommodate all the people present on the estate. Maison Mare: - 1 double bedroom with exceptional views; - 1 dormitory with four beds (which can easily be transformed into a double bedroom); - Large indoor common areas and outdoor common areas with breathtaking views Terra House: - 1 large master suite with exceptional views (can accommodate two additional children) Different possible set-ups: The estate can accommodate 4 families of 2 older children each or 3 families of 2 to 3 children; not including the 3 baby beds available. - Set up 1: A space for adults, a space for teens and children with common areas allowing everyone to gather for meals and aperitifs! - Set up 2: One house per family and still large outdoor common areas to accommodate everyone for meals and aperitif and afternoon pool of course! To move around the area as easily as possible, an electric golf cart is available (a deposit check of €1500 will be requested to be able to use it) Access: The estate is located 20 minutes from Figari airport or 2 hours from Bastia airport (the road is so beautiful from Bastia and ticket prices are sometimes more attractive at this airport...). Guest access The villa is located away from the hustle and bustle of Porto Vecchio, 15 minutes from the city center in a privileged environment. It is 25 minutes from Figari Airport and 2 hours from Bastia and Ajaccio Airports Other things to note The estate can be rented from 3 bedrooms during certain periods at a sliding scale. A cleaning fee of €800 for the entire estate will be requested in addition to the visible price. An additional package will be offered for linens and beach towels
