Our lovely modern, comfortable and spacious family home is located in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood. It is close to city centre by public transport/bike. Relax and recharge after busy city trip or travels. - public parking spots available, parking fee applies. - 9 min walk to tram stop (20 min to city centre by tram). - Shopping centre 10 min walk, 2 large supermarkets and lots of shops. - very green neighbourhood, in close proximity to Amsterdam Forest & Amstelpark -close to RAI (2km) The space Ground floor: modern open space kitchen with all necessary appliances. American fridge incl freezer, with ice cubes machine and wine fridge. We have instant hot water (Quooker tap). Large dinner table suitable for 8. Closed Jasmin Garden with table, chairs and couch. Piano if you want to practice. Toilet downstairs. First floor: master bedroom, small study, large study/playroom with 2p sleeping couch, large bathroom with walk in rain shower, bath & toilet. Second floor: two bedrooms, one with pull out extra bed, bathroom with shower & toilet. Washing machine/dryer available on the 2nd floor. The children/couple have options to sleep: 2nd floor each in their own room, both in one room or on the 1st floor in the playroom (same floor as master bedroom). We have board games and a lot of lego for the children. The house is convenient for family with children as well as for 2 couples. It is also perfect location for business travellers visiting RAI convention centre (2 km). Public parking spaces in the street usually available (hourly rate applicable).
