Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. At the front is Surfers Paradise beach a 2 minute walk. At the back of the complex is the busy strip Orchid Avenue. Plenty of restaurants around. Gated private parking. Master bed room with king size bed. Second bedroom single bed with trundle that can be lifted to make a double bed. Plenty of storage. Cooking amenities. The space This apartment has open plan living and dining that opens to a private balcony in which the ocean is visible so you can relax and watch the waves. Watch as the sun rises above the water. ​​Nestled directly across from the beach and backs onto the busy night life of Orchid Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around and the tram is only minutes walk. Friday and Saturdays enjoy the beachfront markets. If the beach ever gets to much then you can relax in the complex swimming pool, which is gated for residents and guests of the Sands only. The apartment itself offers open plan living and has a good size breakfast bar for dining in the evening or morning. But take advantage of the table and bar stools located on the private balcony so you can enjoy the Queensland weather, watch the surf roll in. The kitchen comes equipped for meals at home with a hotplates, oven and microwave and basic amenities. There is USB power sockets located on the breakfast bar power point, plug your cable in and charge away. After your busy day and evening rest easy in two comfortable bedrooms. The master comes with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe T.V and enjoys direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers a single bed with trundle. The trundle can be used as a single or lifted up to the single bed height to make a comfy double bed. Bath room has rain head shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine. Undercover secure parking is available for one car and the apartment has direct lift access. However the apartment is located on the first floor and on the opposite side of the carpark. The car space between concrete piers is 2380mm. I have a SUV it fits however reversing into the space is recommend. The ceiling height to the car park is 1.9m Maximum. There is a keyed bollard to the car park, this must be put back up ever time you head out or when your stay has finished. **Please note that the property does not have air conditioning. ** The master bedroom and living area doth have a ceiling fan. Other things to note Please note: In the apartment when you arrive some of the essentials will be there to welcome your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Some coffee, tea and sugar bags on the counter. The cold water to the kitchen sink is filtered ready to drink straight form the tap. If you require any additional items, there are plenty of convenience stores around the area and Coles is a short walk alone Elkhorn Avenue. **Please note: If the key, fob to door and fob to complex are lost or not returned once your stay has ended there will be an additional fee.**
