The chalet is located close to the village of Saint-Donat, close to amenities, grocery stores, a liquor store and several restaurants. 2 local companies rent kayaks, pedal boats and others. Guest access All common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms are accessible to guests. Access is restricted to the garage, half basement and storage room. Other things to note Access to the property is directly from Route 125s. A code will be sent to unlock the door.
