(For 4 see below) Nice will amaze you with its cultural and architectural richness. In Nice, everything is done by transport! From the nearby old town (10 min) to distant Menton! Not to mention the St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche cornices... The TRAM is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Gare Sud, central station are within reach of the Tram. The space When you enter the building you are on the ground floor... convenient for luggage! But the street is sloping, when you are in the apartment it is as if you were on the 1st floor. The apartment is therefore not directly on the street. Self check-in after 4 p.m. The keys are in a lockbox, the code for which will be provided before your arrival. You have the entire place. Kitchen. Living room. Dining room. A large bedroom with a 160 bed with mosquito net. Wardrobe at your disposal. Towels and linen are provided. No private parking but free parking in the area. If you are traveling with two children, you can simply use the pull-out bed located under the pull-out bed.
