Welcome to High Street Farm by Yorkshire Escapes. Made up of two properties 30 yards from each other, the houses together sleep 28 guests in 13 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms. Both houses have open plan living areas one including a kitchen and the other with a separate kitchen.  There is a large, indoor luxurious swim spa in both properties, snooker tables, table tennis and an outdoor play area for children. Both properties have outdoor seating and bbqs. The space High Street Farm is made up of two properties 30 yards from each other. The houses together sleep 28 guests in 13 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms.  Both houses have open plan living areas one including a kitchen and the other with a separate kitchen.  There is a large, indoor luxurious swim spa in both properties with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors allowing the indoor space to merge with the beautifully landscaped walled garden. This area, laid in part to lawn and partly to paving, provides an excellent venue for outdoor entertainment, al fresco dining, or simply to read and relax under an open sky. There is a snooker table at both properties and in one property Bedrooms 1 and 2 with ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor with bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 with ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor, please see floor layout below. The other property has one bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor and the third floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom suitable, please see the floor plans below with details on bed formations. There is a table and chairs to sit 28 guests in one of the properties so everyone can eat and sit together. High Street Farm's setting is nothing short of idyllic. Nestled at the edge of the quintessential village of Sherburn, you are perfectly positioned between the charm of a bustling market town, Malton, and the picturesque seaside resort of Scarborough. This, in the beautiful Vale of Pickering, ensures the best of both worlds - rural serenity and the convenience of nearby amenities. Younger visitors can enjoy our child-friendly enclosed garden, featuring an outdoor play area with a slide and swing set. There’s a village pub, two village shops, fish and chip shop and half a mile out of the village Trotters Farm Shop selling home reared produce and award-winning sausages. High Street Farm is also in an excellent spot if you’re a keen walker or cyclist, with the Wolds Way running close by and the North Yorkshire Moors and Dalby Forest just a short drive away.
