Welcome to my tiny home in the country. I'm happy to share my retreat when I am not using it. I want my home to have people in it. It deserves people who appreciate its rustic charm. My dogs love it here as I'm sure yours will too. They get to potter in the garden while I relax in the sunshine before taking them around the corner to the beach for a splash. In cooler months the log fire is a pleasant way to finish off the day. The space This is a very cosy olde worlde cottage. Slate flagstone flooring and an eclectic collection of antiques make this a truly unique property. Situated right on the coastal path, this would be ideal for a single person or couple looking forward to a restful break. The cottage can accommodate 2 people comfortably or perhaps 3 at a squeeze. The cottage is not suitable for small children or disabled. This is not a sterile hotel but a relaxed dog friendly home with oodles of charm. Whereas every effort has been made to keep the cottage as clean as possible, please keep in mind the cottage is 200 years old, close to the sea and has several dogs who live there. Guest access Guests have access to entire property. There is a right of way access to the cottage next door which must not be blocked. (directly in from of property. Other things to note PARKING ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN DRIVE. This is a "right of way" for the residents and must not be blocked. You may park in front on street or across the street there is parking which is off street.
