The space Located adjacent to The Lodge at Spruce Peak, enjoy the comforts of home in this private residence. With a contemporary alpine design, this two bedroom, two bath residence features a full gourmet kitchen, spacious living area with fireplace, private balcony, and plenty of storage for your gear. Park your vehicle in the underground garage and take the elevator to the third floor of the building. The entryway of this residence offers convenient storage space for your outerwear. Enter into the open living area and take in the spectacular views of Mt. Mansfield through the floor to ceiling windows. The relaxing ambiance of the water vapor fireplace is the perfect way to unwind after your busy day of mountain adventure. The modern kitchen features stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and the large dining table is the perfect place to gather with your travel companions for a delicious meal. The master suite includes a king bed and adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub, glass shower, and modern stone sink. The second bedroom offers two double beds, with the second full bathroom located in the hallway. Guest access As a guest of Spruce Peak, you will have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, located just a few minutes' walk from the residence. One parking space will be provided in the underground garage, and additional cars will be parked by our valet team for an additional $35/nt. Skis and Snowboards may be stored with the Treehouse Ski Valet for convenient pick-up and drop-off of your equipment. *Please note skis and snowboards are not permitted to be brought into the residence. You will also be in excellent proximity to the Ice Skating Rink at Spruce Peak in the Winter which becomes The Village Green in the summer.
