It has a direct view of the church of La Nativitat de Durro just a few meters ahead (a World Heritage Site and which lights up at dusk), and also of the hermitage-viewpoint of Sant Quirc de Durro (also a World Heritage Site, 5 minutes away and from which you can see its silhouette captaining the mountain). It is also 5 minutes from Barruera and Salencar de Barruera, and 20 km from the Boí Taüll ski slopes. The Vall de Boí is the valley of the 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites: · The Romanesque churches, a World Heritage Site. · The starry night sky (Starlight Destination), simply spectacular. · Las Fallas (the Pyrenean fire festival), an Intangible Cultural Heritage. They are held in June/July. · 8km away is the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes, hundreds of kilometers of mountains, streams and multiple lakes in the only national park in Catalonia. Recently officially added to the list of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Spain", its name means "far away" and it is surrounded by majestic mountains and Pyrenean nature. With its cobblestone streets and stone houses, this picturesque village radiates authenticity and charm in every corner. The apartment itself is a duplex of 104m2 in total. The first floor consists of a living-dining room with a sofa, armchair and TV, a spacious balcony with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass plates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster...), a double room with a convenient balcony overlooking the other side of the house, and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Going up the stairs, there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two 90 cm beds), with windows with spectacular views of the village and the mountain, and another full bathroom with shower. Parking is available free of charge in the vicinity of the house. In the area you can do an infinite number of excursions and getaways, as well as practice climbing, fishing, hiking, thermalism (Caldes de Boí)... It has an almost intact natural environment, a great variety of vegetation, native species, rivers, lakes and a very varied high mountain climate.
