Carlo's terrace in Pigneto is a tourist accommodation located in one of Rome's most trendy and emerging neighborhoods. The house's main feature, in addition to a beautiful terrace and warm and comfortable rooms, is certainly its accessibility suitable for people with disabilities, to whom we also offer shared access at number 15 with a convenient electric gate and a ramp that will allow you to enter the house without having to climb steps. What can we say… we look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment at your complete disposal is about 75 square meters plus about 40 square meters of terrace. It is located on a raised ground floor and is accessible from the main entrance of the condominium via steps and in the case of disabled guests, the house offers a secondary external entrance (street number 15) that through an electric gate and a masonry ramp will allow you to enter the house without having to climb steps. The house consists of 1 entrance with a dining area with smart TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed and TV, 1 bedroom (doorway 114 cm) with two single beds plus a single sofa bed and TV, 1 large bathroom (doorway 83 cm) with toilet and shower (step-free entrance, door 120 cm) suitable for people with disabilities where you will also find a washing machine/dryer, 1 kitchen with new appliances and capsule coffee machine, from the kitchen you can access, without steps, a large terrace and the ramp (width 120 cm) for the secondary entrance. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable and large electric sunshade that shelters the outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your relaxation time after a day around the city or even just for your breakfast in the morning. All rooms in the house are covered by Wi-Fi, a 32” TV and equipped with inverter air conditioners and central heating in the winter. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves.
