The house has an open floor plan. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with the essential kitchen utensils and cutlery for cooking delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you want to do laundry. The area features large windows that let in plenty of natural light that illuminates the space making it even more inviting, and has access to a balcony to enjoy the views. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality bedding to ensure maximum comfort. Finally, the bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check in at the property. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., depending on availability and confirmation. An outlet for charging electric cars is available. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If evidence is found that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied with a limit of 80 euros. In the early days, we provide the basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bag.
