The space Property Description Bedroom 1 Features two queen beds, a spacious walk-in closet, a private full bathroom, and a workspace. It also includes a TV. Bedroom 2 Includes one queen bed, a closet, and an adjacent full bathroom. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV. Living Area The main living area is an open-concept space that combines the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The living area features a TV with streaming and cable options and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Kitchen The kitchen is fully renovated and upgraded, providing all the amenities of home. It is well-stocked to meet all your cooking needs. Amenities - The unit is equipped with upgraded WiFi for reliable internet access. - Beach essentials are provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, a canopy, beach toys, a small cooler, and a beach wagon. This property is perfect for a comfortable and convenient vacation, offering all the essentials and more for a memorable stay. Guest access There is assigned parking, as well as guest parking for a second car if needed. Beach access is just steps from the property, and a trolley stop is conveniently located in front of the building. We are easily reachable and have equipped the property with convenient features, including a remote door lock with an exclusive code for your stay. Other things to note Please note the property rules: - Barbecue grills are not allowed. - You may not store bikes, personal watercraft, trailers, chairs, wagons, etc., in any public areas or the garage unattended. - No smoking/vaping is permitted anywhere in the unit or on the property. - No pets are allowed. - This property is not suitable for groups of 6 adults. - The maximum number of adult guest is 4. - If your group is slightly different, feel free to reach out. We're happy to discuss possible exception or adjustments. -The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present during stay.
