Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of London! Our cosy room is just a 5-min walk from Hyde Park and Paddington, perfect for morning jogs and close to London attractions. You'll find solace in a quiet neighbourhood with bars and cafes nearby. Inside, you have all the essentials for a comfortable stay, complemented by a beautifully appointed bathroom - ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, we assure you a convenient stay! The space Your booking includes a bedroom and a separate bathroom for your use. Feel free to use the kitchen for coffee/tea or to heat up food. If you are staying with us for 5 nights or more, you are most welcome to use our kitchen to cook meals. We provide towels and toiletries for all guests. Please be aware that there is a train line outside the building. This means that trains run during the day. We have double glazed windows and trains don't run overnight but do consider this before booking, in case you are noise sensitive. We live in the apartment ourselves and occupy the master bedroom and living room. We are happy to offer tips for London sightseeing, shopping or restaurants. Guest access You have a bedroom and separate bathroom with luxury toiletries and towels for your use. Feel free to use our kitchen for coffee/tea or heating up food. If you have booked for 5 nights or more, your booking includes access to our living room and cooking meals in the kitchen. You wont have any cupboard space in your room. There is a desk and chair and a bedside table available for your use. Other things to note Please note that unless you have booked for 5 nights or more, you won't have access to the kitchen for cooking. You can of course use the kettle to prepare tea/coffee or the microwave to heat up food. The cupboards in the bedroom have our personal items so they are not available for guest use. Please respect our privacy and refrain from playing loud videos or using speakers during phone conversations. Our apartment is very quiet so we recommend using headphones. We do appreciate your consideration.
