4. Room close to the sea and Spa Center

The sea is about 80m away from the apartment and you have access to 4 different beaches. You can enjoy the crystal clear greek waters in 3 different beaches, one of whom is sandy and childfriendly. The 4th one is about 5 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy your coffee in a beach-bar at day or enjoy your coctails at night. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices. The space The apartment is located in the side garden of the main building. A few stairs lead to the main garden and the amazing view of the sea where you can relax and drink a coffee enjoying it. The apartment is equipped with two beds and a sofa-bed, a wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are two main doors that you may enter the apartment; one which leads to the bedroom and one (from the other side of the garden) which leads to the kitchen. Pots and dishes are included. Guest access Our hosts are free to use our garden and relax there drinking their coffee or just enjoying the view of the sea and the boats passing by. Also, in case you have a car you are welcome to use our parking. During your stay We'd be glad to answer to any of your questions and suggest things to do in the area. Besides, it's the locals that can suggest you the best things in the area! =) Other things to note In Agia Paraskevi, Kassandra, you can find the Thermal Spa Center of Loutra. Famous for their rare healing properties and suitable for all ages. There are swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and hot tub, where treatment and regeneration is offered, both to individuals and to groups.
