Twenty minutes to Hill AFB. Thirty minutes to Snowbasin. One block from bus routes. WASHER/DRYER and DISHWASHER!!! The space Three bedrooms, one bathroom. Two queen sized beds. The third bedroom is on the smaller side; it has a trundle bed (two twin mattresses) which is perfect for kids or smaller adults. There is a closet in each room. BR1 and BR2 have dressers. Backyard is fenced 3/4 of the way around. The shed is kept private and will be locked. Guest access Keyless entry via back door. Other things to note Kitchen has most of what you might need including: dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock-pot, waffle maker, fridge, freezer, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, pots, pans etc. This house is one block off Washington Ave which can get noisy. If you are a very light sleeper this might not be the place for you. However, most guests will not find it overly loud. This is a residential, family oriented neighborhood; not the place to throw a party. This is a pet friendly rental. Our cleaners do great work, but if you're not comfortable living in a space that has been shared with four-legged guests, please look elsewhere.
