The space Comfort and modern amenities Our cottage combines neat decor and modern comforts. With 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with fireplace, you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the lake and mountain. This 200 m² holiday home with 4 bedrooms is located in a large 400 m² house (which includes 2 holiday homes) and is surrounded by 6,000 m² of parkland with direct access to Lake Barbazan. These two cottages are separated by a wide corridor and have access to private terraces. This accommodation is entirely on one level, with a second small living room on a mezzanine. On the ground floor, there are: - A large 100 m² living room, fully glazed and opening onto the terraces, with views of the lake. For relaxation, there's an arcade machine – a weekend won't be enough to try out all the games! - A large separate kitchen opening onto the living area through 2 wide openings - 3 bedrooms, each with 1 bed measuring 180x200 cm that can be separated into 2 single beds. - 1 bedroom with 1 bed measuring 90x200 cm - a bathroom with XXL shower, double sink basin and a WC - A second bathroom with shower and washbasin - 2 independent rooms Upstairs: - A small living room on the mezzanine On the terraces: - a lounge area - a dining area - BBQ And, most importantly, the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, and sometimes a visit from the swans! The park: there is space, 6000m² entirely bordered by the natural cooler lake of Barbazan origin, there is space to play and run. Right next to the cottage, you have free tennis, mini golf, a ping pong table, a basketball basket...
