With 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with fireplace, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Large bay windows let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the lake and mountain. This 200 m² gîte with 4 bedrooms is located in a large 400 m² house (which includes 2 gîtes) and is surrounded by a 6000 m² park with direct access to Lake Barbazan. These 2 cottages are separated by a wide corridor and have access to private terraces. This accommodation is entirely on one level with a 2nd small mezzanine living room. On the ground floor are: - a large living room of 100 m² fully glazed and communicating with the terraces and lake views. For relaxation, you will find an arcade terminal, a weekend will not be enough to test all the games! - a large independent kitchen opening onto the living room through 2 large openings - 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 180 x 200 cm that can be separated into 2 single beds. - 1 bedroom with 1 90 x 200 cm bed - a bathroom with XXL shower, double sink and toilet - a 2nd bathroom with shower and sink - 2 separate toilets Upstairs: - a small mezzanine living room On the terraces: - a lounge area - a dining area - a barbecue and above all, the lake and surrounding mountain views and sometimes the visit of swans!
