The space Comfort and modern amenities Our cottage combines neat decor and modern comforts. With 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with fireplace, you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the lake and mountain. This cottage of 200m² habitable and 4 bedrooms is located in a large house of 400m² (which includes 2 cottages) and is surrounded by a 6000m² park with direct access to Lake Barbazan. These 2 cottages are separated by a wide hallway and have access to private terraces. This home is entirely on one level with a 2nd small living room on the mezzanine. On the ground floor there are: - a large living room of 100m² fully glazed and communicating with the terraces and views of the lake. For relaxation, you will find an arcade kiosk, a weekend won't be enough to try all the games! - a large independent kitchen opening onto the living room through 2 wide openings - 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 180x200cm that can be separated into 2 single beds. - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x200cm - a bathroom with XXL shower, double sink basin and a WC - a 2nd bathroom with shower and sink - 2 independent rooms Upstairs: - a small living room on the mezzanine On the terraces: - a lounge area - a dining area - BBQ and most importantly, the views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and sometimes the visit of the swans! The park: there is space, 6000m² entirely bordered by the natural cooler lake of Barbazan origin, there is space to play and run. Right next to the cottage, you have free tennis, mini-golf, ping pong table, basketball hoop...
