I fell in love with this old apartment for its brightness, the comfortable space, the high ceilings, the views over the rooftops and the location in the center. I hope you will feel good there. My bedroom is on the 3rd floor, I welcome you on the second, in my children's rooms in their absence, when they live with their father (alternating residence). Guest access You have access to the kitchen/dining room, the work space (second table located in the kitchen/dining room), the living room, the bathroom next to your bedroom and the terrace. Other things to note I work during the day, get up around 7:00 a.m., and the apartment is quiet from 9:30 p.m./10:00 p.m. I am very careful to maintain good neighborly relations in this small, quiet and peaceful condominium. You are welcome to use the small terrace for coffee, lunch, or dinner, as long as you respect the neighbors. In winter: the heating is programmed to turn down at night between 11:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.
