We are very lucky here, there is space for 2 cars right next to our newly refurbished Static Home. And just outside the park an electric car charging point. The kitchen has a Neff Larder fridge, Neff Electric oven, Ceramic hob, kettle, 2 slice toaster, smoothie maker, Brita water filter, Barista style coffee machine. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs, with additional chairs available on request. The bathroom room has a Mira Power shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping arrangements are: Bedroom 1, 1 kingsize bed with additional memory foam topper Bedroom 2 1 double size bed with additional memory foam topper We can also dress the room for either adults or children. The lounge A large corner sofa which can be used as a single bed, for an adult or child. 1 king size extra deep automatic electric blow up air bed with 4 inch feels like down topper and an additional 2 inch memory foam topper, available as an additional sleeping space. Television is free view, with a firestick where all apps are available to log in. We believe your bed is the most important part of your retreat stay. A good nights sleep where you can relax into soft smooth bedding is a luxury we all deserve on holiday. We want you to sleep soundly on warm summer nights, and cold winter nights so we’ve provided a selection of bedding to suit all needs. Duvets available Goose Down & Feather, Fresh & Cool Duvet. Pillows in pairs, Memory Foam, Goose Feather & Down, Fresh & Cool, Duck Feather & Down, box shape for side sleepers, Anti-Snore, Anti-allergy pillows. Sheets & Bedding all 100% Egyptian Cotton or Bamboo. Towels all 100% pure cotton and Supima Cotton. In the second bedroom, which is most often used by children. All bedding & Towels are 100% Organic Cotton, and Duvets & Pillows are Anti-allergy. If you would like a specific duvet or pillow ready on your bed, please do not hesitate to ask. Pets are very welcome and we supply some extra blankets and towels for your furry friends. There is an outside dining space for up to 4 people, with Kettle BBQ, coal can be provided on request. There are also an array of beach items including umbrellas, blankets, bean bags, fold away chairs, and floats that you can use for your beach days. Easy to carry to the beach just 1 minute away! And if you find yourself at home for the day, you can log in and use Netflix and similar apps that are available on the TV or lots of games, puzzles and books for the family to enjoy. Socially we are Southsea Beach Stays 😀 Guest access You’ll have full access to the static home, complete privacy throughout. We are also in a private gated community, so you can feel safe and secure throughout your stay. You have private access to the East End of Southsea Beach, which is the quite end, only used by local residents and dog walkers Other things to note There are 3 wooden steps up to the caravan with no hand rail on the right, only the left. The site is mainly residential, we recommend you come for a relaxing beach side stay. The site has closed the on site pub and bar since lockdown, with no plans to reopen, so there are no on site facilities. There is also no touring allowed now on site. Although there are local shops, chip shop, just a short walk away. Bedding for the living room will be found in the ottoman and in the bedroom as the ottoman isn’t big enough for all bedding. Although we want you to have a happy stay and know you may be socialising on site, we wouldn’t recommend you do not book if you’re looking to party here. We would ask for any loud music to be off by 11pm at the latest to respect the other residents, especially in the summer when windows are usually kept open. The beach is located up a slight incline, and then down a slight decline, which is slightly uneven and has no hand rail, it’s fine to walk on, but if you are unsteady on your feet you may want to link arms up and down. It’s about 20 metres distance in total.
