River’s Edge at Oasis offers a private riverbank, two swimming pools, basketball/volleyball courts, a playground, cabana areas, stunning views of Mt. Baldy, and convenient access to Mager’s Crossing. All rentals include WiFi, Smart TV, stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit. River Access Guests can access the river directly from our property or take a short walk to Mager’s Crossing — one of the best and easiest spots to get into the Frio. Other things to note We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Beds come fully made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Guests receive 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person. Guests should replenish additional supplies as needed. Cell service is limited — AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best but may still be spotty. It’s all part of enjoying the Frio! Please remember: This is a true Frio River experience. Many guests camp or stay in tents — our cabins give you comfort and convenience while keeping that Hill Country charm.
