The space Located 40 km from Madrid, in a residential development that borders the forest, close to the urban center and surrounded by several tourist areas of interest. From the front door, you can explore trails that will allow you to enjoy wonderful walks in the mountains. Ideal for couples and adventurers who want to hike, mountain bike, or simply relax and disconnect from the daily routine in a comfortable and cozy space. Loft-style accommodation with a separate entrance and exclusively for guests. Very cozy, comfortable, spacious and bright suite, with a double bed (135 cm), a living room with TV, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with shower. The outside has a greenhouse terrace and a private garden with table and chairs. I have renovated and decorated it for you to enjoy privacy and comfort. In addition, you can leave the car inside the garage at no additional cost. The suite has a refrigerator, toaster, Italian coffee maker and electric kettle to prepare tea, infusions... (there is no kitchen). Other things to note As a welcome gift, coffee, assorted teas, sugar, as well as bottles of water and juice are offered. In the bathroom, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hairdryer are available. Within walking distance is a municipal swimming pool with green spaces and a cafeteria. Near the accommodation, there is a supermarket, a health center, and several restaurants. The village is small and quiet, surrounded by nature, with endless routes, paths, and places of interest. And only 40 kilometers from Madrid! Also, if you don't know the area and you like to walk, I inform you that I am dedicated to making guided botanical routes through the Sierra de Madrid. I offer you the possibility of discovering new corners while we take a walk, with small stops along the way to explain curiosities of the vegetation in a pleasant and fun way, a great plan!
