However, the veranda is shared as there is another appartment on that same floor. Other things to note The appartment is located in a residential area in developmental phase. The access road is also under construction. This access road is off the main Gros Islet highway via a secondary road. The entrance point, is excavated and in dirt, which has become rugged due heavy rains and makes the passage of low chassis vehicle more difficult. Resident use the road, however, a 4-wheel drive is better suited for that portion of the road. Therefore taxidrivers with low vehicles may not drive the entire way to the appartment. They may drop-off at the gap and there will be a short distance to walk on foot, roughly a few minutes. Advisable to get a 4×4 vehicle for the moment. Also, note that the last quarter of the dirt road is a bit obscure because of the distance between the last street lamp and the residence. Therefore, the use of a small torch light will be necessary for late night walking. However, a double outdoor lamp/motion detectors is placed at the end of the stairs to facilitate visibility and entry on the premises. There are concrete steps from the drive-in to the appartment. Water supply in the entire area is low because of the location as a result a watertank with electric pump has been installed to counteract the period of very low pressure; pump must be switched on as necessary.
