A cozy bedroom for two people (couple bed or two single beds), with private bathroom, offers a sublime sea, mountain and sunset view that you will admire from the terrace of your bedroom. Breakfast is included on the ground floor or in the 2000 m2 garden. Possibility: sauna, massage, qigong, yoga, meditation. You won't want to leave this relaxing accommodation bathed in nature, fresh air and light! The space Allegria is a wellness center. You will be welcomed by Nadège and Dominique, therapists and teachers of yoga, qigong and meditation. Allegria is a wellness center created by a couple of therapists (energy massages) and Qigong, yoga and meditation teachers. Only 6 cozy and comfortable bedrooms, a sauna, a massage room, another room for meditation, yoga and Qigong, a breakfast room, a living room just for socializing and a 2000 m2 garden offering a sea and mountain panorama of sublime beauty... We welcome people for retreats, rejuvenation, relaxation or therapy. We offer Tibetan yoga, taiji quan, qigong, and meditation sessions. There is also the option to do a sauna session and massage. The garden offers 2000m2 of nooks to relax and find contact with nature. We intervene as little as possible to make room for wild plants, many of which are medicinal. The Allegria is located in Bajardo, an ancient telluric center, a place of sublime beauty, surrounded by mountains and forests. Here reign silence and birdsong. The air is pure and the altitude of 1000 meters offers a panoramic sea and mountain view. The ancient village is very picturesque and has five local gourmet restaurants. The surroundings offer more than 200 km of marked hiking trails to cross the forest, from 300 to 1600 meters above sea level. It is also a popular destination for cyclists. Beaches are in Sanremo or Ventimiglia, a 45-minute drive away. Bathed in greenery and calm, you will enjoy the surrounding serenity; a source of deep regeneration. We're waiting just for you! Guest access It takes about 45 minutes to come to Bajardo from Ventimiglia or Sanremo. If you are not used to mountain roads, choose the road that passes through the village of Ceriana. The Allegria is right at the entrance to the village, quiet without being isolated. We have private outdoor parking that is closed at night. There are 4 buses a day from Sanremo to Bajardo. The village offers 5 restaurants of traditional local cuisine within a 10-minute walk from Allegria. Other things to note Being mainly a wellness center, we receive people who come for a rest and rejuvenation stay. + To ensure calm and to welcome even people with allergies, we do not accept pets, even clean, small and on a leash. + If you want to listen to music or watch a movie in your room, we will ask you to use headphones to maintain a general atmosphere of calm. + Please note, we are in the mountains and there is always a staircase to climb.
