The space About this space Welcome to your modern sanctuary conveniently located just outside the vibrant Midtown Sacramento, nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Oak Park area—perfect for medical staff, especially with its walking distance proximity to UC Davis Medical Center. This brand-new, newly renovated studio offers a sleek and stylish retreat, ideal for up to 2 guests. You’re also within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops in both the Oak Park and Midtown areas, making it easy to explore the best of Sacramento’s dining scene. Step into a space designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a gorgeous backyard with seating for four, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The space As your hosts, we’ve ensured this studio includes everything needed for a quality and memorable experience. The modern, full kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, full fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker—complete with complimentary coffee to start your day. The Murphy-style queen bed tucks away to maximize space, complemented by a dresser, a place to hang clothing, and hardwood floors that add a touch of elegance. Relax in the bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, or stay productive with the dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience, while the private entrance and shared egress to the ADU (located at the rear of another Airbnb) ensure easy access. Plenty of street parking is available, along with a driveway offering off-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. The quiet neighborhood, with its proximity to restaurants and coffee shops in both Oak Park and Midtown, is perfect for exploring Sacramento on foot. Other things to note This studio is pet-free to maintain its pristine condition, and we kindly request no smoking indoors. Its prime location near UC Davis Medical Center makes it an excellent choice for medical staff, while the serene surroundings offer a peaceful escape.
