Located on a small quiet Urbanization with a backdrop of beautiful mountains. ideal base for exploring, house hunting or just relaxing, if walking the Urbanización is located on a small hill, so some uphill steps would need to be done. The space Bedroom 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Kitchen with all appliances, and small dining table. Lounge - 2 sofas, pellet burner, air conditioning, tv. Bathroom has a sink, bath with overhead shower, wc and a shower cubicle. Outside patio area with loungers, chairs and table. Plenty of off road parking. Guest access Villa is walled and gated with total use Other things to note The host resides in the villa next to Casa Bella, which is walled and separate. There are gas bottles for hot water and gas hob, on long stay bookings (over 14 days) full bottles will be provided on your arrival, once they have been used you will need exchange them at your own cost at approx 20€, this can be done at petrol stations or once a week a lorry passes through the Urbanization on a Thursday morning, leave your bottle outside the gate and the gas lorry will stop and exchange for a full one. One sack of pellets for the pellet heater will be provided, if anymore are needed I can provide at cost price. Linen/towel changes are not made on long term rentals, guests are provided with enough bedding to change and launder themselves.
