Castlegate is a quiet development and is not suited for partying although the high street, with all it's pubs & restaurants, is only a 1 minute walk The space I delightful townhouse nestled in the quant village of Tutbury with delightful restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Two cosy double beds, a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen-diner. A good sized shared bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, sink and toilet with towels and soap supplied. The kitchen has everything you need, should you wish to cook or prepare a meal. There is also a downstairs toilet for your convenience. The living room is cosy with WIFI and streaming services on the TV. There is a small private terrace to the rear of the property with a table and seating for four people. The courtyard at the front of the house is a quiet sanctuary for the residents and we ask that you use it only for accessing the property. Guest access There are two designated parking spaces located withing a stones throw of the property. We ask that you use only our space as it keeps the residents happy!!
