It consists of two spacious bedrooms with double beds and anatomic mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities,one bathroom, one dining room and a comfortable, sunny living room. It has a large terrace with pergola and outdoor furniture as well as amazing sea views. The house is equipped with all modern means, plasma TVs, aircodition, ceiling fans, wifi, cd player, nespresso coffee machine and super comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. It has a solar water heater for plenty of hot water all day and is located just 2 minutes walk from the organized beach of the settlement. On the door step of the house you will find many options for food and coffee. Guest access We want you to know that the Casa del Sol residence, is located on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. A long staircase with a handrail awaits you at the entrance to the first floor and then a smaller wooden staircase to the apartment. If you have young children, they'll need your attention. We do not recommend staying in our home to people with mobility needs. Other things to note The settlement of Arkoudi has a large open parking space at its entrance. Upon arrival in Arkoudi, you can temporarily park in the square to download your luggage. Our house is right on the square.
