Escape to our private guest suite nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Just one mile from the town of Media and Swarthmore College. Conveniently located close to route 476 and just a 20 minutes drive from Philadelphia and all the major sporting events. Our recently renovated in-law suite offers comfort and convenience for short and medium-term stays. The space Enter into a large living area complete with comfy sectional, a full-size pool table, a projection screen for watching movies and a queen-size bed is located on the far end of the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven (no cooktop or oven). Paper products are also available for to-go food and beverages. The spacious bedroom features a soft queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a dedicated work area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime in the bedroom. The outside patio has comfortable cushioned chairs and tables to enjoy a nice evening outside or sit in the hot tub. Guest access Park in the driveway and enter through the backyard gate to access the suite. Go to the bottom of the steps and it will bring you to your private entrance. Please note there are 10 steps from the driveway to the suite entrance. Other things to note Convenient Location: Walk just 8 minutes to the train station for easy access to Philadelphia. The airport is a 20-minute drive away, and downtown Philly is just 30 minutes by car. Explore sporting venues, nearby colleges and universities, including Swarthmore College and many others.
