Natural Getaway and Scenic Pool!

Welcome to our Family farm house! This peaceful slice of heaven includes 3 hectares of land that's gated and fenced, a private pool, a beautiful traditional Moroccan patio, plenty of seating, and incredible sunset views over the valley! Nestled on the beautiful hillside of the Cascades, just outside of the bustling cities of Mohammedia and Casablanca, you can relax in the peaceful countryside and have a great time, just a few miles away from the city. The space THIS HOME IS A GETAWAY ALL IN ITSELF! The is location is tucked on the hillside of the valley of the Oued El Maleh river, with a view over the valley and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. It's located about 5 mins up a small road into the countryside with the beautiful scenery and landscape, and only 10-15 mins from the city center and large chain grocery stores, petrol stations and restaurants. Beaches are also about 20 min away. Casablanca Airport - 40 min Rabat airport - 1h15 Mohammedia train station - 15 min The property offers ample space for a family vacation, gatherings with friends and extended family, and even perfect for a couples getaway. It is truly a destination within itself between all the spaces the home has to offer, the pool and patio, the views, additional private outdoor spaces and all the experiences you can enjoy right from the door. Instead, envision yourself waking up and taking a dip in the pool, pick up some fruit from the orchard for your breakfast. Then sipping coffee or tea from the cozy couches or your favorite spot outside in the morning sun or watching it crest over the valley. The floor plan is a family house style : - The common gathering spaces are located in the middle of the home, which includes a large open family room, dining area and kitchen, as well as 2 more intimate living rooms. This area is spacious and airy with tall ceilings and loaded with natural light. The main kitchen is fully equipped and has enough workspace and countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and a treat to cook and host from. - Upstairs are 4 Ensuite Bedrooms with private bathroom, and large scenic balconies with stunning 360 view on the nearby countryside. - Around the Patio area, there is an additional ensuite bedroom, and a large luxurious traditional Moroccan living room, both open to the outdoor with direct access to the patio and its fountain. - The pool deck has many lounge chairs for suntanning, as well as a summer cabin with covered seating area and a second kitchen is accessible, for those looking for shade or to enjoy breakfast and dinners right by the pool. Please note, that the pool area is fenced and accessible via small stairs, but extra care is needed if you have children. No unattended children should access this area. - The front yard is a palm garden, also gated, which is great for letting kids play outside without having access to the pool as it's on the opposite side of the home. This garden has different kind of palm trees and flowers depending on the season! We are growing our own organic vegetables, fruit and olive trees ! It would be our pleasure to take you to the Orchard and Vegetable garden and have you taste our delicious products! IMPORTANT: Please also be aware that we are in the moroccan countryside, There is 4G network and wifi connection, but these are of rather poor quality. Do not expect to stream all night. Lastly, we have dogs, a lovely mare and a donkey on the property. They will of course be kept off the house and pool area. Thank you for considering our family home for your vacation in Morocco! We look forward to hosting Guest access The property has 2 houses, one entire house available for Guests access, with full private access to the garden and pool area. Another attached house, where our parents live, and to which guests do not have access. Guests can also access the Orchard and vegetable garden, but need to be aware that the donkey and the mare could be around in some parts of the day. You can also check with us before. Other things to note A BBQ coal grill is available for guest use on demand, as well as access to the laundry room. Having a car is highly recommended. We can accomodate for more than 10 guests - up to 18 people, please reach out before booking to check availability
