Guest access The property is right on the water. We are directly responsible for cleaning the property, but we are not responsible for cleaning the beach. Despite this, we always try to keep it clean because we have a sense of belonging and community, but there are times when the waves throw a lot of waste in front of our beach. If you like, and you also want to cooperate with the cleaning of the beach, you can request a large garbage bag and thus you also help the environment. We will be very grateful. Other things to note Vanessa and José are in charge of the maintenance of the property. They live on the property in a domestic employee's room away from the pool and living areas. Their room is at the beginning of the property. They do not usually pass through pool areas unless the guest requires it.
