The space The basement Suite has a room with Queen bed, 80" smart TV and super comfy 7 seater recliner couch. Our home is situated just 5min away from the highway that can connect you to many regional attractions conveniently. Other things to note: -Please be mindful that you're staying in a home that consists of two little kids. There would be some sound of them walking and talking on the level above. -Due to COVID-19, we're taking extra precautions to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are fully vaccinated. -Please treat the space with respect, if any problems arise, please reach out and we will do our best to act ASAP. House Rules: This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, groups, and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. - Primary renter must be 18+ years old - No smoking inside the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if smoking rules are violated. - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation - No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation. - Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep the music down during quiet hours - Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti."
