The living room opens onto its own private patio. There are two carparks, one in front and the other at the back. Guests will have access to both.. Both carparks are enclosed by automatic gates. Each Client will be given a gate code before arrival. This will allow them to operate the gates. The key to the apartment will be in a lock box at the entrance and each guest will be given a unique 4digit code to enter the apartment. Guest access Guess will have full access to their apartment #2, the external corridors as well as the carparks. The back carpark leads on to a large enclosed pasture for relaxing on evenings, if desired. Other things to note The apartment is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, and is relatively safe to move about. There is a local shop next door to the apartment, where one can purchase the basic food stuffs if desired. A convenience store is also near by, within walking distance. A Mall, with food, restaurant, Starbucks as well as other shops is right across the street. The US Embassy is a short walk away. Those visiting the Embassy can do an early morning safely without the danger of traffic buildup. Beach towels are made available for beach lovers. ( on request)
