A 60m2 log cabin on the quiet island of Paanalan, with both ferry and road access. In addition to the cottage, the plot has a wood-fired beach sauna with a water carrier. The cottage is located about 45 km from Jyväskylä. The nearest shops and Alko can be found in Hankasalmi (about 16 km). The island of Paanala is one of the 36 quiet areas of Central Finland. Kayaks, sub-boards, a rowing boat, and a tramboline are in use. Drinking water for the cabin comes from a well. The space The main cottage (60m2) has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a composting outhouse. Kitchen equipment: - Micro, - Induction hob, 2 plates, - Refrigerator, - Wood stove and stove - Kitchen sink. The bedroom has a double bed, and an extra bed that can be spread out. The bedroom can be divided by a screen in two if desired. The toilet has a composting toilet, and a sink as well running cold/warm water. No shower, sauna bathing. Beach sauna (20 m2) - Traditional wood-burning sauna, - Sauna room with spread out bed - No shower. The property also has a warehouse with a bunk bed. Linens, as well as towels, are included. Guest access All living areas are freely available to guests. Only the tool storage is reserved for the storage of the owner's own goods. Other things to note When arriving via Highway 9 from Hankasalmi/Niemisjärvi, remember the ferry schedules: 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00 and 21:00. When coming from Laukaa/Lankamaa, you can reach Paanalan island via the Kaivanto bridge. Check out the house book, which you'll find in the main cabin. Please note the instructions for fireplaces in particular. Kayaks, rowing boat and paddle boards are freely available. Life jackets can be found in the sauna cabin. Remember to guide children in the use of the trampoline, one at a time. No outdoor shoes on the trampoline. Use is at your own risk! Mixed waste is taken to the brown container at the intersection. Next to the trampoline, a path leads to a nearby well, which is shared with the neighbor, and therefore made on the border of the plots.
