It is located one block from the Bus Station, UTPL, supermarkets, parks, Theater, and the Loja Fair This space offers amenities such as a spacious kitchen and comfortable beds for resting. It also has access to services such as Wi-Fi, laundry area, parking. The parking lot is suitable for standard-sized cars because the ceiling height is limited. Ideal for travelers or families seeking comfort and a home away from home. Guest access Guests can use the laundry area and there is an additional charge for using the washing machine. Use of the washing machine has an additional cost of 5.00 per day between 8am and 7pm. We would appreciate it if you bring your own detergent to use. Thank you for your understanding Other things to note Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in: from 1:00 PM. Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. If the guest wishes to check in early or check out late, it is possible but with an additional fee and advance notice. The apartment can accommodate up to 4/5 guests. In the event that more than the established number of people stay, you will still have to pay an additional fee. Make sure to turn off all appliances and lights when leaving the apartment. No smoking inside the apartment. Outside we have containers where you can deposit the garbage, green and black containers. No pets allowed in the apartment. No parties or events allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the accommodation Close the doors gently to keep the atmosphere quiet. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Repair costs will be charged via the Airbnb platform. Security Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving. Please leave the towels in the same place indicated at the time of check-out, which will be checked at the time of departure. In case of loss of keys, an additional value will be charged.
