Single-story accommodation, located in a small village in Charente. Come and recharge your batteries in the great outdoors in our cozy home. It is a traditional Charente home, completely renovated and comfortable. Ideal place for families or groups of friends, in a quiet and relaxing setting. You will enjoy both the interior and the exterior thanks to a large terrace (35 m2) shaded by the vine as well as a maintained and fully fenced garden of more than 900 m2 and not overlooked. The space The house opens onto a large entrance; which will lead you into a spacious 45 m2 exposed stone living room (including TV, sofa, large dining table), with adjoining kitchen. A corridor leads to a first spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet; Then a master suite with its adjoining shower room; Finally, a 3rd bright bedroom with 2 single beds giving direct access to the outdoor terrace. You will then find a shower room with toilet; a 2nd separate toilet is also present. There is a laundry room with washing machine, clothes rack, storage etc. Not overlooked, your only neighbors will be the birds singing in the early morning and sometimes the sheep in the meadow upstream of the garden.
