Amenities include building security, a fully functional kitchen, water purifier, in-building gym, and smartTV with Netflix/Amazon Prime, etc. The building is newly constructed with minimalist interiors. Right off the main road, it’s easy to catch an Uber, hit up trendy joints, or beaches <5km away, all without the noise of the city! The space The 6th floor room for rent is the master, which also has a large, private attached bathroom. The building is secure with a tucked away entrance and security guards. It’s a newly constructed building with modern, minimalist, tiled interiors and is well-maintained and hygienic. The building includes a gym (at Rs. 100 INR/day or Rs. 1,000 INR/mo) as well as a play area for children! Guest access The 24/7 housekeeper on duty will coordinate access and entry with guests. Contact information for the housekeeper will be provided after booking. The room’s private wardrobe closet has a key and the room can be locked from the inside. During your stay Guests will have complete privacy and are free to use the property as they please, provided they are not too loud and keep things hygienic! The host, Mani, is friendly, clean, and is usually out, busy with his work in the entertainment industry and other activities. As a long-time local, he is happy to answer any questions you may have or help make your stay more comfortable as needed! He is happy to discuss rates for additional guests (around Rs. 600INR/night/guest) or consider special requirements (disabilities, children, elderly, etc.), and other unique requests on an individual basis. He only asks that guests clean up after themselves and don’t go overboard with bringing the party home! Other things to note The housekeeper can cook and provide items from a reasonably priced limited breakfast / brunch menu upon request. Menu will be available at the property. This will be charged on an a la carte basis up front. An umbrella is available for guests upon request. Parking can be discussed but is not guaranteed. There is no washing machine but the host can suggest nearby dry cleaners / laundromats or feel free to handwash and hang on the ropes outside!
