Located on Lake Hazeltine just 35 min from Minneapolis. She's tucked away by Nationally acclaimed Hazeltine Golf Course. A quiet hideaway with beautiful views, kayaking, golfing, star gazing and more. If you are looking for a solo retreat, or a get-away near the 10,000 lakes Minnesota has to offer, Nurture welcomes you! The space As you enter the property there is direct access to the first floor master bedroom which has a bathroom with a shower, not bathtub. The kitchen, living room and deck are all accessible on this main level. Downstairs there is a bathroom with tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a king bed and one bedroom has a twin bed. The 3 season porch is accessible through the king bedroom and also has a twin bed. Parking is up above by the garages. There is a short hill to walk down to the townhouse. The lake allow for beautiful views or nature and tranquility. It is not a swimmable lake. Because of all of the rain there is extra vegetation and kayaking may not be available or very easy to navigate as you first leave the dock. Because this townhouse is part of an association a few things to note: The small dock to access the water is older but is safe to walk on. The fire pit down by the water can be used but please provide a picture of the fire after it is out when you leave it for everyone's safety. Firewood is not provided.
