Seaside summer house on Skaftö

Welcome to our cozy summer house outside Fiskebäckskil. Start the day with a morning swim at the swimming area located 250 meters away from the house. Nice hiking trails are available along the water directly adjacent to the property. Experience the archipelago by renting a kayak, join a seal safari, hike in the nature reserve Vägeröds dalar or take the ferry over to Lysekil. A golf course, tennis, paddle tennis and restaurants are within walking distance. Here you live in the middle of the Bohus coast with endless excursion opportunities. The space A generous patio with summer furniture is what meets you when you arrive. Open the door to our outdoor room, where you will find the entrance to the house. On the inside, you will be greeted by a hall that leads into an older kitchen, dining area, living room with a comfortable sofa, reading corner and sound system. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, and between them a bathroom. Connected to the living room is a door leading up to a cozy sleeping loft. There is a double bed. Here, the ceiling is low. From the living room, double doors lead out onto the patio of the cottage with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy lovely meals, read a good book or maybe just rest after a lovely day at the sea or golf course. On the backside of the house there is often a breeze, and here you can relax in the evening sun and use the barbecue that is here. Other things to note There are opportunities to do laundry in Fiskebäckskil's guest harbor. You go to the ship shop and book a washing machine. It costs SEK 40 for a wash and SEK 10 for 15 minutes of tumble drying.
