Welcome to the Hobrex Farm House, nestled in the quiet streets of Grafton, Wisconsin. Our charming 3-bedroom residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Third party booking is not allowed. The person who books the reservation must be one of the guests for purposes of communication and emergencies. If not, the reservation will be immediately canceled. The space Our three-bedroom home combines comfort and functionality. The main floor hosts a kitchen (equipped with all your basics), an electric stove, essential appliances, and everything needed for delicious and simple meals. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a TV for entertainment. The updated bathrooms are meticulously cleaned ensuring a pristine and comfortable environment. The main level bathroom has a shower/tub, and the lower level bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have heat fans to keep you nice and warm! (Must be turned off when bathrooms are not in use). Two of the three bedrooms offer queen beds, while one has a double, offering up to six guests a restful night's sleep. Ample closet space ensures you can unpack and make yourself at home, and we provide extra linens for your convenience. The lower level is a recreational haven, featuring a pool table for friendly games, a comfortable sitting area with another TV, a designated office space for those who need to stay connected, and a chess and game table for some leisurely fun. The full bathroom with the walk-in shower can also be found here. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire home, excluding the locked storage and laundry room in the basement. Garage access is unavailable, but driveway and street parking are readily available. Other things to note Heated floors in the basement can be turned on, but we kindly ask you to turn off the heat (down to 40 in winter and down to 60 in summer) when the space is not in use. The floors warm up the room quickly, so no need to waste the energy.
