The bathroom comes with a wardrobe, Iron, hair dryer, hanger, state of the art toilet bowl, water heater, and bathtub for relaxation. Guest access To avoid misunderstandings, what you are renting is a Furnished one Bedroom Apartment in a Very Good Location. Guest can access all One Euphoria Building Amenities such as: -Swimming pool - Jacuzzi -Gym What we Offer ✅️Room cleaning for 300php for every request just message me here in the app. ✅️ We provide daily towels and bedsheet changing for a small amount 300 for towels and 250 for bedsheets. ✅️ Drop off and pick up Transportation at a very reasonable price in NCR only. RULES RULES RULES -Strictly No Smoking Inside the unit - Bedsheets with non-removable stains like blood and wine are charged 1000php per sheet and 400 for towels -Due to the high prices of electricity I will appreciate a conscious use of aircon. Other things to note House Rules & Important Reminders To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following rules: 🚭 No Smoking Inside the Unit Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A ₱5,000 penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking inside the unit is found, including but not limited to: - Strong cigarette odor inside the room - Cigarette butts or ashes found indoors - Burn marks on furniture, linens, or fixtures - Other proof of indoor smoking 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted inside the unit. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and be respectful of neighbors at all times. 👥 Visiting Hours Visitors are allowed only until 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. 🔑 Lost Keycard A ₱1,000 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keycard. 🛏️ Towels & Bedsheets Please help us keep our linens in good condition. - Removable stains: ₱250 cleaning fee per affected item - Permanent or non-removable stains: Guest will be charged the cost of a new replacement item Examples include stains from hair dye, makeup, blood, food coloring, ink, oil, or other substances that cannot be removed through normal laundering. 🪑 Furniture & Fixtures Please take care of all furniture, appliances, fixtures, and items provided in the unit. Guests will be charged for: -Damage to furniture, appliances, walls, fixtures, or decorations -Excessive dirt, stains, or marks requiring special cleaning -Missing items belonging to the unit -Repair, replacement, or deep-cleaning costs resulting from misuse or negligence Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be billed to the guest if the unit is found dirty or damaged beyond normal use.
