Featuring a lovely open plan kitchen and living space, opening out onto a beautiful balcony overlooking a park and sailing lake, with views towards the city. Situated within a wonderfully peaceful city oasis and nature area, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Piccadilly Line. It's approx. 15 minutes to Kings Cross station and 30 minutes to the heart of London. The space This one bedroom apartment is on the 6th floor (access via a lift) in the beautiful area of Woodberry Down. With views overlooking a park directly outside and over a sailing lake towards the city of London. The balcony is full of plants, with chairs to sit outside. Nearby you will find Woodberry Wetlands, a local nature reserve and wildlife area, as well as the lovely neighbourhood of Stoke Newington, full of artisanal shops, cafes and restaurants. The open kitchen / living area has everything you need to relax and enjoy a comfortable self-catered stay - large comfy sofa, large screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. There's also a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer, clothes rack and cleaning products. There is a breakfast bar where you can sit and eat as well as chat whilst someone is in the kitchen. Alternatively, there is a fold up dining table with benches that seats four people for slightly more formal eating. The bedroom is in a separate room and features a double bed, sliding wardrobe space and lots of clean linen and towels. There are full length remote controlled blackout blinds and curtains to shut the light out when it's time to get a bit of shut eye. The bathroom is very private, with a good shower and has softer mood lighting for when you want to relax in the bath or get up to use the toilet in the night! Guest access Full access to the whole space. Other things to note This is my primary residence that I rent whilst I am away. I will make space for you to put your clothes and toiletries, some of the cupboards will contain my personal possessions.
